    The season ain't over yet....

    The cool nights and sunny days have got the Bass active in the shallows. Hit a north metro lake last weekend for a friendly tourny with a few buds on a lake one of them lived on. I wasn't expecting much, as the DNR information on the lake painted a pretty dismal picture.

    Was shocked to catch three over 20, with one just hitting the 7lb mark.

    Can't wait to get back out on the water.

    Bass fishermen watch Monday night football, drink beer, drive pickup trucks and prefer noisy women with big breasts. Trout fishermen watch MacNeil-Lehrer, drink white wine, drive foreign cars with passenger-side air bags and hardly think about women at all.
