Biggest Bags
The biggest bag weight for an MFL event was 42.57 lbs. for a 2 day event on Pleasant and Clearwater lakes in July 2006. The best weight recorded for a "normal" one day event was 30.35 lbs. on Pleasant Lake on 5/31/08. Before the MFL was started in 2005, Ruda, Debner, Dan, and I fished in the LETS Tournament Series which was a similar multi-species metro area format. In our very first tournament that Dan and I ever fished, one team brought in a limit of 10 catfish weighing over 60 lbs. on the Mississippi River in May 2003. We had one event on Waconia in which 3 teams caught a legal muskie worth 10 points (lbs) but the winning weight was only 18.60.
Some of the best MFL results recorded are listed below for reference:

Note: Second to last entry in chart should have been 8/13/2011, not 2012.
Teng, I see you even made the "honor role" once when you used to fish with a good partner.

Steve you might want to correct the date for you and Dan on Minnetonka> It shows a date of 8/13/2012, glad it isn't filled in for 8/4/2012 otherwise I might be worried.

guessing it was either 2010 or 2011
See everyone on Sat morning. It will be interesting with the drastic temp changes coming
