Thursday evening My son and I went bass fishing on Lake Waverly. He was jigging a 7" Berkley Powerbait worm and hooked this 16 1/2 " cat. What a surprise! We had it for dinner tonight after soaking it in milk overnight in the fridge. We sprinkled lemon pepper on the breading, cut off the belly meat and it was delicious!
