Was up at the cabin on saturday and sunday to put the dock and water in. Was able to get out for a couple hours both days to chase some panfish. Found a few crappies mixed in with greens and pumpkinseeds on Saturday, but not near the numbers we had two weeks ago. When the rain moved in on Sunday all the panfish went deep and the only thing left in our spots were bass and a few hammerhandle northerns. Can't wait for opener to get here, with these warm temps this week the pannies should have their feedbags on and I will have most of my panfish spots all to myself.
