New Hobby
Hey guys, I used to tie fly's and cast jigs for walleye and crappies with my Dad years ago, the other day we were going trough some of our old equipment and I started looking at our old jig molds. So I got to thinking we got a bunch of lead left over so I decided to buy a Football Jig mold. I made about 25- 1/2 & 3/8 ounce jig heads I did paint a few but, had to order some better looking skirts to finish them all. I attached a picture of one that I've finished It look's ok but I'm still not satisfied with the skirt colors I have..

I used to make all my own spinnerbaits which is a fun process. Doing it yourself allows you get the best hooks and the colors that you want.
That jig looks pretty good. The quality of skirts can really vary. I used to buy all my components from Stamina. They have just about everything you need.Mike Debner
