Brandts or south end
Any reports of fish coming out of Brandts? I am heading up Thursday after for for a night or two. Talked with a guy that was in our house Saturday morning. Doesn't sound like they were fishing to hard but he said they had a couple walleye come unbuttoned on the rattle reels. I don't think that they were jigging much.
Sounds like this cold snap slowed the fishing from a couple weeks ago.Mike Debner

Maybe not much help Mike, but I know they did decent on the east side. 27-30' in the softball size rocks. Most fish caught jigging with a minnow head or waxie, but some action on the rattles at night also.
Good luck, save a few for me!!!Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in the hospital

Nova it right. This was working great on the EAST side last week. Then I went to the south end and didn't have a mark on my flasher from 11am-6pm and went home.
At least now I know I can drive my car and not the truck. I don't need to haul up all that fishing gear. Just the grill.

I got a report from a friend that they did really well on the mud out of Hunters. Right on the edge of the flat, they caught fish on rattle-reels and on jigging spoons with minnow heads.
