Weekend Ice
Went fishing Friday after work on Trumbell buddy get 3 dinks. Saturday A.M. went to Fleet Farm and got me a Fish TrapX2 Wife said it was Birthday and Xmas gift . Then put it together and got done after church on sunday and my buddy wanted to break it in so we went to Pat lake East of Gilmore 45min away? Got lots of dink perch. Ron

Did you get one of the new Thermal X2 Traps or the regular fabric X2? I'm curious to know how well that new Thermal fabric works.

Lake of the Woods

My brother in law was up at Lake of the Woods this past weekend. Friday only 4-wheelers and Geo Trackers. Sat. full size trucks pulling out the big houses. He said around 14 inches of ice. Lots of eyes and saugers, nothing big. He did catch a ten pound ellpout! They were fishing out of Adrians.

Regular X2. They didin't have a thermo one and the cost is about double. The ice is 4" to 6" on both lakes. I don't think I can go this weekend Wife said I have to go see new grandbaby in Ohio. Ron
