    weekend results 10-20

    Weatherman said it was supposed to be a great day, other than some wind, so I thought it would be good to get the boat out again before cold really sets in. Wife and daughter went with me, but they didnt bring any luck. The cold front that had brought in the winds that hit around 30mph had the fish really off. We managed a few little bass before heading to my grandparent's farm in Ringold county to visit them. While there, we spent an hour at their pond and cleaned house. Lots of crappies and gills, with a couple of small bass thrown in. A few gills over 9" and a couple hitting 10". Just a great afternoon with the wife fishing!
