He is talking to a lawyer about it and it's starting to look like he may not be able to come along... Anyway, I thought I'd see what I can find out... I know the DUI thing after 10 yrs., this isn't for a DUI.. not even sure what it is to be honest but wondering if anyone knows the general guidelines for what they do and don't allow across.. Even with a DUI you can get across if you pay from what I have heard, wondering if there are any options there.. he has a lawyer so hopefully they will sort through the legal mumbo-jumbo and figure it out.. just curious is anyone has personal experience with this.... I know what you're thinking and no, it's not Debner I'm talking about... :D

I'm having a rough season. I can hear the Toms but the only thing I called in this weekend was a 'yote:D
I was set up close to a roosting area Saturday evening and I was trying to wait out some Toms that had come out earlier that morning. I was getting bored and I had a few deer browsing close by. I started scratching the slate and the deer would look for the source of the sound. HAHAHA, they couldn't find me. This goes on for awhile until the deer go into alert mode. I'm thinking a bird is finally coming in from a blind spot that the deer have focused on. I scratch the call a little more and the deer BOLT!!!
Things happened pretty fast after that and I spotted the 'yote moving in fast on my blind side. He had thrown caution to the wind and was looking for a turkey dinner. At 12 yards he ran into the wrong Butterball!!! 3" Hevi-Shot 6's from my new 870 Express Super Mag(I finally got a big boy gun!!) with an Undertaker HD choke was absolutely crushing.
I killed this big male less than a 1/4 mile from Dad's cow/calf herd. I may not get a bird this year BUT I'm pretty sure Dad will remember this one when it is time to butcher:cool:

We had a great weekend on the pond. Not very many keeper size fish for us but we got some really nice fish. For the weekend we hit a new record of 6 walleye over the 27" mark:bananalama:

Once again this year we had a lot of really nice small mouth mixed right in with the walleyes we targeted. You would get 2 eyes then a couple smallies then hit more eyes in the same area using the same bait.

Most of our fish were caught pulling crank baits on the rocks in 5-10' of water. We did do a little rigging with leech in some deeper water and got a few that way, also got a couple with a leech and bobber, but by far our best bite was small crank baits over the shallow rocks all times of the day.
