I'm really struggling finding bullies now. The creeks I've been getting them in now have dried up. I know lakes that are loaded but have been unable to catch or seine them. I just put out traps last night.. Hopefully those work. If anyone has any ponds, lakes or hot spots that you don't mind giving up.. It would be greatly appreciated. I'll surely take you out cattin' or return the favor sometime. West Metro would be best.

We have always caught them at night in just about any lake we fished. Toss a cralwer on bottom and it was a guarantee. If Tubes is up north anytime soon he should be able to score you a life time supply. I'll try and get some redhorse for ya tonight..I'll fedex them to the launch. :D

Be up here by 3:00. We can fish the river for suckers until dark and then head for the bully hole.

I don't know anymore as I haven't been there for a year now but he gets them fresh and they're good sizes to them also

How big do they need to be? I know Ben got a lot when he threw a minnow trap out behind our house but I think that most of them were pretty small.

I think that most them were smaller but if you have an extra trap I could throw it out and give it a try for you.

get those traps out when you get them and you should get some..

Howard isn't legal because it has milfoil... not sure on Pelican. cedar down by new prague is really good for bullheads, but I'm pretty sure that one has milfoil too...
